MCMC, a portfolio company of MVP Capital Partners, is pleased to announce the purchase of Columbia Medical Consultants, Inc. MCMC added the CMC management team, physician network, and customer base to the MCMC referral services division. The expansion of MCMC's exam and review services business into Arizona represents an opportunity to enhance its national client service offering, while adding a strong regional customer base that has been with CMC for many years.

The quality of CMC management, and strength of customer service will fit nicely with MCMC's referral service model. The local leadership of CMC will not change. Elizabeth Kower, RN, CCM and Mary Howard-Mercado will continue to lead the business in Arizona. MCMC expects to continue to invest in the IME and Peer review service regionally, resulting in growth for many years to come.
